Turning Transformation into Measurable Results
I am a Transformation Executive with more than 30 years of international experience across business transformation, technology, financial services, operations and commercial leadership.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping transformation agendas, building organisations, leading complex operations, developing major business opportunities and turning ambitious strategies into measurable results.
Today, AI is fundamentally changing how organisations operate. I focus on combining AI and digital innovation with the operating model, processes, people and commercial priorities required to create sustainable business impact.
My approach is straightforward: define the ambition, build the right strategy, mobilise the organisation and execute relentlessly.
Whether the challenge is transformation, AI adoption, operating model redesign, growth, large-scale operations or complex commercial opportunities, I bring an executive perspective grounded in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Strategy → Transformation → Execution → Results.
Beyond Professional Life
Professional experience is only one part of who I am. I believe that leadership and responsibility also extend beyond the workplace.
Over the years, I have been involved in voluntary activities and community initiatives, contributing my time, experience and energy to causes that matter to me.
For me, voluntary engagement is an important counterbalance to professional life — and a reminder that impact is not only measured by business results, but also by the value we create for others and our communities.
Music To Go e.V.
My involvement with Music To Go reflects my passion for supporting initiatives that bring people together – in this specific case, by taking classical music to people and communities where exposure to Opera and Operetta has been limited so far, have reservations about classical music – or where they are just too far away.
Gemeinnütziger Martinsverein Büttgen e.V.
Being involved with the Gemeinnütziger Martinsverein Büttgen e.V. is particularly close to my heart. It is a genuine pleasure to see the shining eyes of around 1,200 children as they receive their bags of presents (“Martinstüten”) — and to witness the timeless image of St. Martin sharing his cloak with a beggar on the market square next to a bonfire.
For me, moments like these capture what community and voluntary engagement are truly about: Bringing people together, keeping traditions alive and creating moments of joy that make a real difference.
